Contracts/Leases/Agreements Issues
Contract Law - For Small Claims Court Matters under $25,000.00
A contract is a voluntary arrangement between two or more parties that is enforceable by law as a binding legal agreement.
Agreements can be in various forms such as construction, services, partnerships, employment, leases, etc.
Legal issues arise when one party fails to complete, improperly completes or delays to perform a promise under contract.
Examples: Incomplete construction job, failure to return the loan, improper job on a vehicle, breaking a lease or rental agreement, etc.
